I assume it's because Simvibe seems to only work with extradata 1 while the NLRM V3 needs extradata 0.
Oh, hey there Raging Beard, I didn't even realize that it was you who I was responding too (didn't read the name the first time).
I'm a fan of your YouTube channel.
Yes, that would make sense if they are requiring different "extradata" info, as there's nothing else to enter in the SimVibe port forwarding option other than the port itself.
I'm using a home-built DIY SimTools-based 2dof seat mover, and it works fine with every other game I've tested so far (I don't own GRID yet).
I'd just assumed that the NLRv3 would be similar in function.
I used to own one of those, and from what I remember the folks over there are usually very quick to get things working with new games.
Hang in there, I'm sure it'll be ready in no time!
I have settled for just using the V3 anyway. Sure Simvibe too is nice but the motion is the main thing.
Plus it's really an arcade game which just needs playing, as opposed to a real sim which we all know is meant to be 50% playing and 50% digging in to ini files etc :)
