Starting Position

The thing I don't like is being forced to start at the back of the grid.. In a 3 lap race you have to pass 5 cars a lap..Normally I'd set difficulty up so that in qualifying I'd end up in the top 5 so that holding your position let alone a podium finish is a challenge...Watching the car in front..waiting for an opening is gone..brake late, undercut and shove them out of the way is in..Nemesis system to try and add some balance..If no Qualifying how about a slider..start in random position..for 2-6,7-11,12-16th.

Not the case in new GRID, these a 1 lap hotlap at the start to qualify for positions.
