You can play coop easy guys , all you need is a ( severlist bin file)


Goto Rpr clan,

grab the cmp 1.9 coop map pack and install it. your find it in files section of the site.

Then download theses.

Bring back server list - serverlist.bin
H&D2 Hosts Patcher v1
fairlight cd key changer pack.

copy serverlist.bin to your game folder at location: (PlayersProfiles), and drop the file inside that folder. then fire up game and go to (server refesh list) tap that and all the list of running servers should pull down...

The H&D2 Hosts Patcher v1, patches host file with modified games list, but am uncertian if the server host took down the hosting.. but is worth a try.

You may need to use another cdkey aswell as once online it will say cdkey in use.

You can change the CD key? that's ace if true. I added something to a file in the system 32 folder and it displayed the servers again. Great I thought, now I can play this long forgotten gem. Imagine the disappointment when I couldn't join because my CD key was in use. Like wtf?

Yes you can and all is explained in the fairlight cd key changer pack.

Each time you start HD2 on steam, key gets reset on a default value.
So after you launched the game you have to change back to your retail key (if you have one). I'm using a .reg file on my desktop so i don't have to open the registry each time.

Simply create a txt file add following content: (only for 64-bit systems, for 32 bit the path is different)

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Illusion Softworks\Hidden & Dangerous 2]
"key"="1111-2222-3333-4444"

edit the key value,
and rename the .txt file to .reg

After following all those steps, will enable the H&D2 missions into the co-op of Sabre?

Well, before doing any changes, i could host and my computers on LAN could detect the game but couldn't join.

Now that i used all those instruccions of changing registry files, hosts,etc I cant even host the game, it fails to host

FIX: I had to use the upnp fix registry file
