Some questions about this game, include mods

Hello, I'm the new fan of this masterpiece game. Because my father really enjoyed this game before I was born, therefore I love to enjoy this game with steam. I finished the H&D 2 campaign once, now I try to new game again. So, I have some questions about this game, especially about weapons and mods. I'm really appreciate when one of you answer my question.


- 1. I realized there are so many attractive weapons in H&D 2, and also some extended weapons in 'Sabre Squadron'. So I find some cheats code that can be use in campaign, but it didn't work.
There is no way to use weapons from expansion pack in original campaign? Like using cheat code? I really want to using extended weapons like 'Luger P08 with silencer' in original campaign.

- 2. I also try to play this game with some mods, and mod install guide said
'mod file need to be copied and paste in C:\\Program Files (x86)\Illusion Softworks\Hidden & Dangerous 2 file.'
But there is no Illusion Softworks files and Hidden & Dangerous 2 file neither. I don't know, I'm using with steam, so maybe this situation happened to me. For reference, I downloaded the file named 'Dlc_HD2_Weapons_MOD_2020_' include Mauser c96 pistol who uploaded by 'prosabre'.


These are the questions that I want to ask some answers for now. I'm really sorry if my words are make you guys uncomfortable. I can't use English well. I hope here are kind and generous men who will answer my questions. Thank you

2. You have to put mods in your game directory, so right-click the game in your Library, hit "Properties > Local files tab > Browse local files".

Thank you for your answer! I checked mod has installed just now.I didn't know my file was modded, so I thought it wasn't modded. I having confused because file name is different with install guide.
If you don't mind, I want to ask some more question. Did you know how to figure out that item's code list? I found some codes from some H&D 2 websites, but I have no idea to find code of mod items.
