Yes, the first time you launch the game, like with many steam games it does the "first time installation" thing.
But with this game it was something I had never heard of, and it flashed up and was gone pretty quickly.
Usually it's like a physx driver, or mostly a version of directx, just to make sure your system has it installed before trying to run the game.
This time the only thing I saw was it installed something called "Dism image servicing utility". And I don't like having things installed that I don't know about.

On this white side you could change the screen sizes.


In the game with the original CD installation I mean that this site did not come.

I think that this was added to the game here.
I myself have added another file to the game, so that I can play with a 1920x1080 resolution.
