[WIDESCREEN FIX BUG]

I installed the new update for it and now texts are out of the spaces for them and when I click on films it goes to servers internet like things are not placed properly please help.

I just tried booting the game and didn't receive any update for the widescreen fix. Are you sure you just got an update? There hasn't been one in 6 months according to https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/commits/master/source/HiddenandDangerous2.WidescreenFix.

What's the content of your "HiddenandDangerous2.WidescreenFix.ini"? Mine looks like this:

[MAIN]
FixHUD=1
FOVFactor = 0.0

It's fine apparently I just had a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up version and someone sent me a well working version

For further reference, your problem was that either your d3d8.dll or your "scripts" folder was missing/corrupted. If I remove either one of those, I get the same issue.

i really want to use this but i cant because i already have a file in my directory called d3d8.dll to convert the game from dx8 to dx9 (as it looks and runs much better in dx9) google corsair d3d8 to 9 if you are interested

There may be a way to allow for proxy DLLs or something (I've seen it on other injectors), so you should look that up.

i know i tried that ( i added a bunch of different commands and things) and i could never get them both to work simultaneously

I dont know if its related to widescreen fixing but Im experiencing black screen everytime I begun a party or mission, if I press escape its going back to normal but I skip at the same time the introduction...
