The game is not set up properly. Please reinstall.

That's what the game tells me when launch it, tried googling but nothing on that phase.
Tried installing on another drive, didn't work.
Has anyone gotten this message before?

I just got this oldie, but it wont even start on my PC. I have tried all setup settings and different configurations... I am unable to launch any of the 3 versions of the game...
