Bought DLC All-in-one Pack but not getting the new characters

I bought the Digital Deluxe version on release and got the All-in-one pack. I just updated the game but I don't see the characters.

I look at the store page and it's asking me to buy the new character pack.

Any help?

I loaded it up earlier today to check it out and they were there. I was able to try out all the new characters and I didn't have to buy the new characters either.

Yeah, if you bought all the packs individually like I did as well, you get them just fine. Surprised they did that but hey.

i think that is new dlc, not add early to all on pack and pack will be more expensive than now

i recently bought the pack during the golden week sale i was surprised to find that i had access to them

They are there actually. It just doesnt show yet on your profile that you have the dlc pack 7

unless steam updates in a way where everyone gets it at different times, then everyone should have it listed in their profile already.
if not, and you still dont see the characters in game, you may have an actual issue.
