how to do astral finish

i don't understand moveset

There is conditions in using astral.
1. you need to have only 1 char left.
2. opponent has only 1 char left.
3. you need lvl4 Resonance blaze
4. 9 skill bars.
You can get your resonance blaze to lvl 4 by using assists, crosscombos etc. Input for astral is Triplet tapping down and then pressing B and C attack at same time.
