BUG: Owned DLC characters disappeared?

I'm not entirely sure what to say here, recently I reformated my PC, I reinstalled the game a week ago after the reformat, I just now hopped in to play it, I can confirm that I have all of the DLC packs installed.

Yet when I went in the game, I've still got all my Labrys related swag, Character card art, Lobby Avatar, Labrys related tactics Title, all of that still remains.

Except Labrys Nine and Mika as playable characters are just gone, I've restarted the game twice now and still I don't have them and I just verified the game cache, Labrys, Nine and Mika are still absent from my game's roster.


As you can see I own the DLC.

And have all of the Labrys Related Swag.

Even completed her Tactics.

Yet when I goto character select, My teams with her are gone and she, Nine and Mika are all gone from the character select options.

I literally don't know what to do at this point.

I think ArcSys had a support email on their website somewhere.

Did you ever get this fixed? I'm having the same problem

I did, uhh I contacted support and they recommended reinstalling the game then restarting steam that fixed it.
