Select stage on custom room

Is there a way to select a stage when we are in a custom room ? Because "School Gate" is the only stage where I can play at 60 fps with my friend...

Not at the moment, if there's plans for it to be added anyways.

Though, you can go into one of the lobbies, set the stage and BGM settings in the Start menu there and the settings should carry over to room games.

Do note, that the game always uses the settings of whoever is on the Player one side/the player on the left on the match-up screen, so your friend may have to change the options in the lobby too if you want to only play specifically on that stage, depending on who is hosting the room.
