BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle

Black screen in Intro Video
I bought the game moments before the release/unlock. I booted it and after the logos, the intro video is black, I can hear the sound of the intro (However, I only see black as visual).

I can skip it and go to the title screen and then the entrance, which seems to be ok.

Does someone else has this issue too?
Is there a possible fix for this?, I want to see the intro.

Update 1: I've tried updating the K-Lite Mega pack to Version 14.2.0 (the build of May 31st 2018) and running the game once more. The black screen persists in the intro video. I also tried restarting the computer and the black screen in the intro is still there. I can only skip the intro and start playing.

Update 2: (PLEASE NOTE: This happened BEFORE the issue was solved). I've tried going Full Screen (alt+enter) in the Arc logo. The game crashes after the logo in full screen.

Update 3: SOLVED by Saga Saga (thank you very much). Please read the Answer. What I wonder now is what codec the game needed for the videos in-game.

Update 4: The video in-game uses DirectVobSub (aka VSFilter) at least. The icon of the filter appears in the taskbar when the game is running (or at least when the intro video is up).

Fixed it for me.

Can't say I'm exactly happy about it though, shouldn't be necessary to install codec packs to get a game working.

I've update the main post with more details.

Man, you're a lifesaver. I did a default installation (without changing the options) of codec pack all in 1 version 1.6.0.3.0 and now I can see the intro.

Thank you very much Saga.

Now I wonder what codec the game needed for the videos in-game.
I've alt tabbed the game during the intro, and I saw in the taskbar that it uses DirectVobSub (aka VSFilter) at least. I... don't understand why, since the intro has no subtitles at all.

Here's some more info about the codec: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/directvobsub.htm . I still recommend installing the codec pack all in 1 that Saga Saga mentioned.
