BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle

is this game/possible series REALLY worth getting into?
Even with all the business practices in mind (20 dlc characters, having to buy remasters and sequels) is it worth it overall? I've played the endless demo on the switch and i enjoyed myself alot even with no training mode and 4 characters.

Personally I would say if you enjoyed the game on the switch beta you should, if your worried about the DLC business practices allow me to tell you the 20 DLC characters will be cheap I believe around 1$ USD per character with some free characters.

What's wrong with the business practices? Honestly it's nice to see them giving us an option of cheaper game with less characters. The deluxe edition costs the same as a regular new release $60 and it includes every character.

Actually, no, its $10 more, making it $70, not $60.

The deluxe edition for me is 55€, my mistake if it's $70 in US then it's a bit more expensive. But still with the option of getting it cheaper than normal.

If you had fun then I dont see why you shouldn't buy it.

Getting into the game and getting into the seris will be two different answers.

If you had fun i don't see a reason why not get the game. The DLC here isn't bad at all.

The seris on the other hand.. i'd wait and see. This game is DEFINITELY unique far as the gameplay goes since they want to appeal to casuals so bad. Its a mystery if they'll continue to go this super "simplified" route or back to how they had previous games

I don't know what you're trying to say nor suggest here.

The roster inclusions mostly. Most of us fans aren’t pleased with these sudden leaks on certain rosters (now mostly on DLCs), & thus there will be likely quick demands for Season 2 DLC Pass via feedbacks

$20 for 20 characters isn't bad. Would you rather they charge us 6 or 7 bucks per character like they have in the past. Hell that DLC pricing is better then what most fighting games period offer money to value wise.

Don't get me wrong i'm not a fan of DLC, mostly because of ways companies implement it. But this dlc is ok COMPARED TO OTHERS i should say.

Well, BB:CS on Steam was the exact reason why I got into 2d-fighters (came from competitive RTS, that thing that was dying 5 years ago and is simply dead by now).

Yes, it obviously worth it. But be aware how CF's PC port was a buggy mess and hold your finger on that refund button, just in case.

Actually you have to buy only 18 characters (Ruby and Yang are FDLC) and for month since PC release (2weeks for consoles) 1st pack will be free too so if you buy during that period you will have to buy only 15 characters. Also season pass costs 20$. In DBFZ you can buy yourselve 4 characters (which dont vary much and have short movelists).

Gonna be the most popular anime fighter for awhile minus DBFZ so if you enjoy it, why not? Also raises the potential of Persona 5 Arena being made so the more support the better.
