We dont need more waifu characters in BBTAG. Instead of adding Mai, you guys could have added Naoto or Hibiki, characters people actually like. And adding in Senran Kagura characters is just dumb.

According to eventhubs stats Hibiki is 34th on popularity list and Naoto is 32th. Both are far below Mai.

I see no Waifu problem.

This poll is weird and I also find weird that playing by myself BB:CF online (ok I didnt played much) or watching streams / youtube / tournaments I rarely see Hibiki.
16:24 so what that 60% are females? Many fighters have similar gender ratios. Since males and females are equal fact that males are 40% instead of usual 35-45% being females means nothing.

Last thing: Are you aware that datamining is not fully reliable?
There is no law of physics that would force developers of all major fighters to hide information who will they add to roster in game files before factual reveal.

Dude it's maybe different people. IMHO, speaking of gender ratio roster is better, than DoA5LR. It's not that bad. It's good.
DBFZ, on other hand, has bad situation with female characters even on standarts of Dragon Ball games. Yes, Dragon Ball series has not enough female characters, that's true. But a lot of DB games had more, than 2 of them.
P.S. Hibiki is feminine dude. Some ppl jokingly call him best waifu.
P.P.S. Pity, that Teddie is not in. Speaking of interactions and story, it would be funny, because he's, for a stranger, just a strange dude in a mascot suit.
