Yukiko is still a meme.
Kanji will never get a break in rhia game.
Last two might be a bit harder in my mind to fill, but in general it looks something like this overall for the very bottom imo. This might be pretty different depending on the player really, so always keep that in mind. If anyone else, I might place Noel and Chie near the bottom, but really if you're interested in any of these characters its not a reason to not try them as they all have great points, just a bit of flaws that take more working around with partner characters/strategies then some of the higher tier characters who can work with most anyone. I play myself a fair amount of Azrael and I'd easily put him somewhere down in the top 10 worst characters in the game probably, as outside of his damage and some decent oki he's pretty weak in terms of actually getting in or doing anything really without an assist.
Careful, Chie got buffed A LOT in the last patch, she's one of the best characters now.
For me the worst 5 characters are: Kanji, Yukiko, Azrael, Makoto and Gordeau.
Yes, Gordeau. This guy was overnerfed, to the point that in CEO this weekend his nerfs were so obvious they costed several matches to some of his players.
Gord though I definitely agree on, he isn't anywhere near top tier anymore, definitely on the lower end now though he still has his uses, though the height nerfs were killer for him on some of his more powerful strings from the past.
