With the success of Song of Saya is it possible that we could get an english version of Kikokugai - The Cyber Slayer next?

Personally, I might just start leaving controversial titles alone. I don't care what others think, I care about the law, and it's super grey right now. However, I wish the company luck in bringing back any classics that have good story.

Kikokugai isn't as controversial as this one. It only has one problematic scene in the original 18+ version. The 2011 remake has a 15+ rating and retains all the sex scenes, though without explicit nudity or mentions of genitalia. The remake could be sold on Steam without any censorship. Not that JAST'd ever localize it.

I believe they held the license at one point, but cited lack of choices as a reason to drop it. It'd take a western push from Nitroplus themselves for these games to ever make it west officially. JAST has no drive to do anything.

Really? It might be completely profit related then. If they are making better money on JAST's site they don't need to bring titles here.
