Game won't launch

I get a message that "this version of Adobe Air is already installed" and the game never launches. Anyone have the same issue?

I hope not!

I've never seen this problem, but what I might try:
1) If there's an option, skip installing Adobe Air.
2) If not, uninstall Adobe Air ("add or remove programs" on Windows) before trying to launch the game
3) Plan B: see if the game launches directly from the exe file (right click > properties > local files > browse local files) (although this wouldn't run through steam, so no synced saves or steam trading cards)

I've run into a problem with this game, it gives me an error msg that there is no adobe air program when I try to launch it. Adobe air is no longer a thing. You can't download it anymore and It's not on my computer. I'm running this through steam.

@jntroberts Adobe AIR is packaged with the game, and it should automatically install along with the game. Did the game used to work, or is this your first install? It's possible Adobe AIR got uninstalled somehow. If so, try uninstalling the game from Steam and re-installing it.

(PS: You shouldn't have to manually download AIR, but it actually does still exist. Adobe handed it off to a company called HARMAN.)

The reinstall worked. Thank you! It did install AIR again. I had tried to find where to download it on HARMAN before I messaged, but couldn't seem to locate it. I'd just uninstalled my Adobe CC suite from this computer so maybe that is what took it off. Just guessing, but it worked like a charm. My 10 yr old is chuffed.
