[Linux] Achievments are not unlocking

I have been playing Hacker Evolution Duality. I have beat the Tutorial level a million times. Every time Flawless and everytime every mission is accomplished. I have also beaten the game in the past and no other achievements were unlocked. Do they only pertain to DLC or is there something I can do to fix this.

Hacking the achievement server takes alot of time and paperwork, I advise patience. xD

I can also confirm achievements aren't unlocking on the Linux build.

Is this broken again? I have done the tutorial a dozen times and 2 achievements even show inGame: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=473774366
But none of the achievement show on steam. (and the tutorial achievement is also not visible inGame)
