Please provide a way to adjust screen resolution, I can't read tiny text

This seems to have been brought up many times before. I found reference to editing a settings.ini file, tried that, but have not been successfully able to adjust the screen resolution. I do not want to use my native screen resolution.

Can someone please point me to a howto on adjusting the screen resolution?

Or is there some way we can open a request with the developer to add this in?

If possible it would be great to have the ability to adjust the resolution in the game's options menu. Or the font text size, really, because that's the part that I simply can't read.

@exosyphen any thoughts on this? Could I edit the settings.ini file for changing video settings or font settings?
