Freezing, shuttering, and insane lag...

The first time loading the game after the update, everything would freeze except for the monarch would move around but still stuck in place. After restarting the game a few times, it works..... but as I play, the frame rates continue to drop until it just chugs along. Never even remotely had this issue before.

I had the same experience, refunded. Guess I'll wait for the next patch to try again. Running an amd7900x3d and nvidia card 4070.

same, was fine before the update. Only had fps drops on later stages, after, like, 5-6 winters, on a last difficulty in splitscreen. When there are a lot of greedlings and settlers, on two screens at once, that is

a crappy PC, i know, but used to handle the game well, until the update

Sadly I have to agree, I was on a challenger Island BEFORE the Update and didn´t finish It. Now It ofc says; the island is no more and when I click "leave challenge" I get a blackscreen and a loading bar and from there It won´t start or launch anymore. WTF is this?

You might wanna try to public Bata talked about in the most recent pined post. My game got stuck in the loading screen and wouldn't go any further, hope it helps

For the issue of time pausing (it can happen during tutorials!) we have identified the cause and are working on a fix for a future patch. Meanwhile, a quick workaround is to disable tutorials from the option menu.

Regarding issues related to more general frame rate troubles, we'd love to take a look at your save file. You can press CTRL + F12 in game to generate a folder on your desktop, and then send that to our support desk: https://rawfury.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

Also on mobile there are frequently crash and insane framerate drops, I'm playing on a Samsung A23 and before the update the game was smooth and I had zero lag, while now I can't even finish the first island of the new dlc.

We play local co-op / splitscreen and it gets worse the longer we play. Up to the point where it feels unplayable..
Don‘t think my pc is the issue with an 3070 rtx and no problem playing triple A games on high settings lol.

I experienced the same thing on the notebook, impossible to continue playing with the lag. We were at Northlands and around day 150.
