Bug : White coins

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to ask a question. I just started playing Kingdom to Crowns, and I noticed that when I moved from one island to another, I encountered what seems to be a bug. My inventory is now filled with white coins, and I can't pick up any other types of coins, whether they’re yellow coins or gems. What should I do in this situation?

the animated coins falling in the purse are not perse golden, there are different colors, with a silver grey too. but when all are white it sounds like another bug.
and clarify "cant pick up" , are they not taken up or do they fall out of the purse again because the purse is full? the second thing is intended.
verfied game files already?
hardware in the min specs?

can u drop coins ? (on the ground).
as sometimes,,, Gem's might plugg the satchel...
u then drop coin/gem whilest u moveing... and then u just pick it up again



*personaly,, i mostly do that annyways...
take me the time to get my Gem's at the bottom of the satchel

I can't drop the white coins. There are 3-4 at the top of the bag and one keeps falling out. Even if I drop all the yellow coins and gems, the white/ghost coins continue to clog up the top of the bag and one keeps falling out. I imagine they will be useful for something eventually?

sounds like a definitiv bug, because coins dont clog the purse, they sometimes even pass each other when falling into the purse and cant clump together. the only thing cloging the purse are gems that are taken up to fast afer each other and blocking each other at the smaller place.

I am experiencing the same issue. Firts playthrough it happend in island 3, second one it happened on island 4.
I am not very motivated to give it another try, although I'd really love to, but it renders the game unplayable.
You cannot switch islands anymore since the boat departs without you and you can't die since the coins won't fall out of your purse when hit.

Same here, played a new game last week and tried to different factions and it seems like traveling from Island 1 to 2 can cause this, or traveling back from Island 2 to 1...

I even played a bit and when I continued after quitting the game where there were no white coins in my pouch, my bag was overflowing upon continuing my game.


This was all last week, just got out of the hospital earlier today and decided to restart again and to be met again with white coins.

For us to investigate this one and develop a fix, we'd need to reproduce it on our end as this is not something we encounter on our end by default. To do that, please send the steps that trigger the issue together with your save files to our support desk. When we get your save files and see your steps, we'll be able to see the game exactly the way you do, and determine what's going wrong from our backend.

Note: if you haven't paid at the Hermes's island yet, try doing so as that might clear the white coins.

Hi guys! Sorry to hear you're having these issues with the coins. Could you please let us know more details as we're trying to reproduce and investigate it on our end:

1. Do you remember what was going on when the error occurred? E.g. you were playing coop, then resumed your single player campaign, and it was after the sail away when the issue occurred.
2. Have you tried playing COO in any shape or form?
3. Have you played the challenge islands?
4. Have you played in local coop/online coop?
5. Has someone disconnected in a weird moment (either on purpose or because of the network issues)?
6. Have you lost your crown(s) at some point? When, how?

@Moomy one of the characteristics of this bug is that it dosnt seen to happen in olympus, at least when i go with the facts i seen in several threads mentationing this bug, most ppl reporting it played basic or norseland (and sayd they not even owned olympus, what made the bug even more strange, takeing into account most of them reported endless souls in the purse a well) , and a alot of them played coop when it happened
