I can't finish the game because I lost hephaestus hammer

I play coop. I collected all the weapons and conquered all the islands and there was one left to conquer (the one with the hammer to conquer) before the big main island. I got a hammer from that stone and I had to wait until I conquered the last portal and take the hammer to be forged into a weapon, but somehow I lost that hammer and now I can't even get to that last island and I can't finish the game, help.

I wouldn't think it should. I'm not sure about this one. The hammer and golden statuettes, maybe even the first island's egg...what happens to those if they are lost due to death and returning as an heir?
