Call of Olympus... needs LOTS of work...

Ok after a bug where I only had 3 wheels on the last island... replayed again -- but STUPID game doesn't explain that the horse needs to be full of your troops BEFORE you hit complete the "3 coins" to send it through... I mean... 3 coins!???? WTF -- I was expecting that for 3 mere coins it would let you --- i don't know --- change the war paint? or something... No.. my horse is gone with just 3 stupid workers, no troops.
No way to return. If you lose your crown against the final boss -- you're taken to the start of the battle!? no chance to get more troops??

Really-- I HATED this release. Loved all the rest, been playing Kingdom since the it's very first version. I cannot believe they released such a bugged game this time. What's happening developers?

There's a giant red bell next to the horse, just like the ship. And just like the ship you can board without loading troops. If you didn't notice that, well........

I also got soft-locked in the final boss fight this way - Do i just have to start a new save file now? Not even the Cerberus ghosts help.

Yeah, that final fight needs a major redesign, if not swapping out for something else entirely. It near-completely disregards the game's core mechanics in favour of something akin to Frogger or Pong and has the very real potential to soft-lock players for not ringing the bell or not waiting long enough - despite having no way to tell what "long enough" even is.

im so used to this games ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is that i fore-saw that the Trojan Horse would send you into some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like what actually happened. The moment i saw archers/builders entering it i quickly made about 2-3x my original amount of them, along with a full roster of maxed knights and tons of upgraded archers/walls/catapults for good measure. Not taking any chances with this "lmao learn from your mistakes!" nonsense.

I would also add here that the new graphics effects are completely out of place in older campaigns, like we right now have the new glow/blur super bright sky in the original campaigns and it looks super ugly there and out of place. This release feels rushed.

why? I just finished the game. It tooks me over 100 hours to finish it. But allright, my time is double, because I ended first time on 4th big island and no diamond left so I could not progress and needed to start from zero after 50 hours. On second attempt, I beat the game. What was surprise for me, it shows in my achievement, when I beat it today, that only 0.2% of all players finished call of olympus, so I admit, it was hard even on normal, as you had to discover and find out how everything works be yourself and call of olympus have some time consumpting mechanics... but allright, I had my time and enjoyement from this game. I think it starts to be too big and time consuming and overcomplicated perhaps.

lol bro, what are u talking? I had my final fight with boss with 3 archers I believe and 2-3 worksrs on the horse... but sure I had like 200 warriors on that island. I do not even know, u could load more warriors in to the horse?? but it really does not matter as final fight with the boss was like 5 min fight for me.. it was too easy even with those 3 warriors... actually, you do not need them at all. it is only you, who will beat the boss.

and I rang on that bell, but out of 200... only 3 jumps on horse and few builders... but nevermind, its easy boss and you do no need warriors in that area

Nope. As I explained, besides the bell there’s a second trigger on top of the horse, but it’s not clear as what it does, until it’s too late.

Call of Olympus is great till you hit the last island.. Then its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Just wait till its patched.
