multiplayer disconnects more frequently
ive been playing with a friend of all the lands from norselands to dead lands and after the greek dlc got out, it seems to disconnect us way more frequently. is this a bug and will it be fixed?

Hi there, so sorry to hear you're having connectivity issues! The devs are aware of it and are working hard to investigate it and issue a fix as soon as possible.

Could you please let us know if you can start playing and the issue happens after playing for a bit, or if you cannot play at all?

We can play on and off, but we disconnect a lot more frequently than before after some time playing, which also empties everything in my bag when it happens.

same, every night my friend feels lag or gets disconnected
We are in a curse and the attacks are just starting to arrive with a big mob (the ones that give punches)

I am also experiencing this :( makes playing the game very unenjoyable due to the constant disconnects - remote play together makes it function fine however my friend has no audio at all, and we've troubleshot that already without success :(

I am connected via ethernet to my router

If you haven't already, could you please submit a support ticket to our helpdesk at https://rawfury.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 following these steps:
1. Press CTRL+F12 to get a zip file on your desktop.
2. Send the zip file to our support mentioning that it's related to the multiplayer issue in the title
That would be very helpful for the devs to investigate further.

I would love to help, can you please explain when you'd like me to hit ctrl+f12? Like right now, or when a friend joins, or when a friends gets disconnected?

also having major connection problems in online co-op. we've been playing through base game, shogun, and just finished dead lands over the past couple weeks and it's just been getting worse. becomes constant lag and disconnects for me as the joiner. seems to be a thing for now sadly.

same...even in single player mode for COO...crashes say error in game and disconnects me.

I have an update, I was able to play the game just fine with another friend who owns the DLC. It seems this issue only appears for me when I play with friends who dont own the DLC.

After experiencing issues (e.g. disconnect) during a play session. That would be most helpful!
The log file saves everything that happens during that session, so restarting the game creates a new file, that's why it's preferred to have it be from that session where you've been having trouble.

Improving multiplayer is one of our main goals, and the team is working hard to do so. Any information we can get helps! Thanks :)

I just get a response from support today here it is :

  1. Check Internet Connection : Ensure both you and your friend have stable internet connections. Try restarting your router or modem.
  2. Close and re-launch the Steam Client. Make sure that both you and your friend do this.
  3. Update the Game : Make sure that both you and your friend are using the latest version of the game.
  4. Disable Firewalls/VPNs : Try disabling them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
  5. Alternate Hosts : You and your friend can try switching who hosts the game session. Sometimes connection stability can vary depending on the host, so this could help resolve the issue.
  6. Verify Game Files : If you're using Steam, you can verify the integrity of the game files.
    1. Go to your Steam Library.
    2. Right-click on Kingdom Two Crowns .
    3. Select Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files .
