How to get double black crowns in two persons mode in plague island?

The requirement of getting black crown in single mode is surviving for 40 days as well as making enough people infected. Is that of two persons mode the same?
Someone says each player needs to build at least 6 top-level walls. Is that true?

To get the cursed crown in Plague Island in cooperation mode, both Monarchs must survive eighty nights, and each upgrade six to eight walls to iron. The number of walls lacks precision because some players said six, but without counting the free innermost walls, but it's definitely no less than six, and no more than eight. Like in solo mode, there might be another requirement, that some players also believe to be related to the infected citizens.

i promise that you do not need to have any citizens become infected. the number of iron walls seems to be 8 each. i recommend having each player ONLY build walls on one side (top player builds left, bottom player builds right), from the very beginning so you can be sure not to mix them up

Promising doesn't explain why players with 9 walls each haven't earned it on day 83, not healing the infected, while others got it on day 90 having healed a lot of infected. Just walls doesn't explain that. But if you indeed got the crowns without healing them, I believe you (I promise). I'm just trying to join all the pieces.

And do you still think building 1 farm each is a requirement?

haha, i DO think the farms are required, but i dont promise that part. the first time i tried, it was day 86, i had built 8 walls each, and i didnt get it until i paid for a farm, at which point both monarchs instantly got it.

i promise that 2 out of 3 of the times i got the cursed crown coop, zero villagers got turned into zombies. it is especially easy to know, because of the sound effect.

Yeah, this makes sense. I also think that it might be easy for monarchs in co-op to lose track of their walls, as they wouldn't spontaneously build and upgrade walls only on their respective side of the map.
