Dire > Plague > Skull > Lost = Trade
Lost Islands and Trade Routes are equaly easy to me, but, while Trade has a very different start, that may be tricky if you go there without spoilers, Lost can make you uncomfortable if go there on a day that will give you only unlockables that you're not used to. Plague has some hard choking points, and is tiresome surviving so many days. Dire Island for me is complex, and extreeeemly boring, so I have only tried it a couple of times when it was released and got the silver or gold crown, never to go back there again.
here's my vote:
plague > skull > dire > trade > lost
It's far still too easy for two players...
