Can I recover my save?

I was playing co-op and my xbox controller disconnected and my player went straight to the enemies side. The keyboard didn't work either so I lost my crown, had to quit the game and when I got back I had lost everything. Is there a way to get it back?

you dont lose everything when you lose your crown. most of your progress is still in place.
also, you are expected to lose your crown a few times on your first play thru, it is a normal part of gameplay, and is not a game over.

that being said...no, you cannot recover your save, unless you have a hard drive backup, like snapshots in time machine or with btrfs. if you do, then just restore the save files from the backup, restart the game, and select Upload. if you dont, then just keep playing.
