in the other kingdom new lands you had the barrel so how is the mountain portal permanently destroyed in norse lands?

In the same way. You need to upgrade the castle to max level, then you´ll be able to build the bomb; There´ll be a flag with a bomb on it next to the castle that you can pay on to build a bomb, like in new lands.

okay, thanks, been awhile since new lands so i forgot it is a high level fortress rquired

Need to unlock the highest tier Walls and Castle Upgrade before able to get the Bomb. For Norseland DLC, it's located on the 5th Island.

And yes there's a 6th Island to clear.
