Any use ringing bell more than once?
So I payed 2 gold multiple times to ring the bell but the number of archer/builder on the boat stays the same. Is it useless to ring more than once?

Ringing the bell calls your units to fill the boat, ringing it again just repeats the previous action
say you only had 2 builders when you rang it the first time, you only have 2 out of 3 builders you could take, so you go and hire another builder, you need to ring it again to call the new one to the boat (so it doesnt just run off the second you hire it and likely run out into a greed wave)
at the same time, if you have 4-5 knights, you ring it and it calls 3 random knights to the boat but you have 3 next to it already on that side but only 1 gets on, its because its called 2 from the other side of the map
ring it again to call another 3 (or 2 if ones already onboard) to board and it will select from the ones not already doing something (like running to the boat already)
which will cause more to run to the boat to board
the first to arrive will get on, then any others on the way will go "boats full, back to my day job now" and start going back to what they were previously doing
you can ring the bell many times and it will call more until the spaces are filled
once the boats full, ringing the bell more will do nothing, even tho you can still ring it more

overall, you get 3 builders, 4 archers and 3 knights+4 archers each in the squad, so in total, you get a max of 16 archers, 3 builders and 3 knights per boat ride
*note that archers will not join the knights if they are "already" on the boat*

ooh, ringing the bell twice to force closer knights on board is clever!
(if you want 3 knights, you can build out the side by the boat until the knight-store appears, then buy swords until all the squires on that side are sword-ed, and then ring the bell 2 or 3 times. no need to sword all the squires. gonna try this!)

also, ive been trying to figure out whether it really is 'random' which knights come. it seems to always be 1 from one side and 2 from the other side, but that could just be chance since its by far the most likely outcome. ive also never seen a 0-archer knight get called when there is a 4-archer knight that stays.
