Console cheats

Can we have access to the console cheat system but have it deactivate access to gaining achievements if you activate it in a game. For the rest of that game file. Elimanate people having to make cheat mods for it and the people who would like to cheat then can do it easily and safely through the game.

Yeah, I mean, there already is the dev console, they could just let us open it.

Some game Devs do this. Just don't know if they have been asked about it. Or given any thought to doing this under the condition that it disable achievement earning in that game the cheats are used in. Only way to earn achievements is to start a new game and not activate the cheat console menu.

This will happen, but not at launch. I’d like to clean it up, fix broken option, etc… I mostly see it as a tool to create custom videos or other creative driven stuff.

That be awesome. So if we wanted to at the end of a game we could unlock all tech if we just wanted to play a game with all game options availabe then. Will it be like the one in the co-op stream basically or different one you make the changes you plan to do to it?

Similar UI to keep it simple. Some of it is really old and could also impact your saves, that wouldn’t be so nice to leave in.

Not yet, been focused on bugs and new content. It's still in the backlog to be added at some point.

Howdy. It's been around two years since this post. I think we can all agree the game is amazing, well polished, bug free, and so on. So *ahem*. :)
