Does this even run on Windows 11?
I was gonna buy it, but I noticed the demo does not work.

It really doesn't, last I tried to play I think on 8.1 and it kept crashing constantly and I couldn't fix it, this is what demos are good for.

I got this to work by forcing Snowblind to run on a single CPU core. Otherwise, it indeed kept crashing non-stop.

Tried all the fixes, and the demo crashes immediately on start up every time, no matter how I fiddle with DPI settings, compatibility modes, or adding Steam.dll files.
