Scientist minions won't leave the multi-gym even though their maximum health is at 100

If you're using a Mechanical Hard Drive instead of an SSD it could be that your HDD queued up too many commands to keep track of them all, especially if you play in fast forward, if you have a mechanical HDD try saving then re-loading a save.

I had this issue on my livingroom PC (it still uses a mechanical HDD) minions even got stuck training and would be walking in place.

I do not play on Fast Forward except when waiting for Max's "Train Faster" action time to pass and i think it only happens to the multi gym. I didn't have your training problem
