Mouse Lag / Hardware Mouse Cursor Support

Hey There ,

I got Mouse Lagging all the Time in this game and I didn´t found an Hardware Mouse Cursor Option in Game Options. The Software Mouse Cursor is really lagging ... and in 2021 I think it´s an Standard Option for every Strategy Game.

Who also got this Problem with Mouse Lagging ?

And If an Creator reads this : Pls add the Hardware Mouse Cursor Option in Game Options ! Thank You very Much ^^

There is a Reduce Mouse Lag option you can turn on in the graphics settings. This is already a thing, I think it's towards the bottom.

Not sure why dev said they would pass on something that's in the game, lol.

Yeah .. this Option didn´t work for me ^^ It´s lagging anyway. Just add an Hardware Mouse Cursor will fix this ^^

I dont think so. All other Games and Progs are working fine ^^

My System : i7 7700K , 32Gb RAM 3200 , RTX 2080 Super , Input Razor Hardware , OS Win 10 Home 64Bit ^^

I´ve found the Problem. The Problem is the Vsync Option. When you disable Vsync the Mouse Cursor has no lag. Please Fix This Mouse Lag Issue or Vsync Issue ! Thank You Very Much ! ^^

BTW: Without Vsync I got Tearing ... ^^

EDIT : For me the issue could be solved by switching from vulcan to directx.

Didn´t Work for me ... in Both Modes Vulcan and DX12 same result. Mouse lag ... but when I disable the Vsync Option, the mouse lag is gone. But without Vsync I got Tearing ... ^^

Buyed the game yesterday and I'm struggling with the same issue. Mouse feels slow and really off. Also a bit clunky. Problem is notable in DX12 and Vulcan. Deactivating Vsync fixes the mouse controls, but playing with screen tearing isn't perfect as well. This "reduce mouse lag" option doesn't help much either.

Is there any news from the developer on this topic? That issue is a huge gamebreaker for me. I'm not very motivated to play with such a weird mouse feeling. :D

The same happens when using Radeon Chill (which allows you to set min and max frames per second).
I tried to set the max at my monitor's refresh rate. Doing this makes the game go in slowmotion (not lagging.. there is no internet involved)

I ´ve send an request by this website.

I hope for a quick Fix for this Issue ... ^^ I want to play this game but I cant with such a lagging mouse or if I deactivte Vsync with Tearing like Hell ^^ ...
