Removing the 5 Henchman limit
I know the answer is probably going to.be "you can't", but all the threads I could find talking about it were from years ago so I thought I might as well ask.

Is there a way to remove the 5 Henchman limit, either through mods, modifying local files or similar? There are tons of cool henchmen but the 5 person limit kind of limits you to using the most optimal ones. I saw that you can get super agents as Henchmen now and I'm currently doing an Emma build, so I thought that might be cool, but I don't want to get rid of all my other henchmen to do it.

I find it kind of weird that EG2 is apparently so hard to mod given the first one was notoriously easy to turn up the minion limit etc. I mean heck, I remember around launch rebellion even came out with a video for EG1 guides and it literally recommended modifying the .ini file to have more minions and use the HUMANZEE cheat for the first game for optimal experience.

Anyway let me know if I'm barking up the wrong tree and I'll go kill Deep 6 I guess

The game has anti-tampering measures [Denuvo], so I'd imagine it would be very, very hard to modify unless you knew what you were doing.

also IIRC Deep Six is an actual good henchman he's worth a slot, much better than the other super agents

Fair enough! I like Deep Six and he's certainly high damage and very tough, but I'm looking for social henchmen. I currently have Eli, Deep Six, Incendio, Fugu and Doomhilde. I'd get rid of Incendio - he's very annoying - but his AOE social attack is really good. Ah well.
