Auto Rebuild Button
Is there a option to toggle that on mass or some hotkey, ive been havein issues with henchmen blowing up entire rooms when a FOJ so much as sneezes

No sadly. Would be a nice option to "tag" rooms as auto rebuild.

You have to tag each items auto rebuild individually. Are you using Pyro as a henchmen? I think that he is the only one that will destroy any items. I think the only other of your minions that destroy items is robots that get killed.

Pyro + Red Ivan + robots + sabotaurs + jackie (not fully sure as shes often arriveing mid fight when everything is on fire anyway) + incendio = 90% of my base on fire at any time

Any combo of the above causes issues.

I don't know about Jackie, but all of the others can easily destroy your base. Saboteurs can quickly destroy things if not dealt with.
You just need to toggle it on EVERY SINGLE item. Thats how rebellion designers work.

Yeah thats alot of the problem, as JCH mentioned needs a multi selection tool or tag room option

there is an option on every prop that if you click it, it will be automatically be rebuilt after its destroyed. i have the option turned on for all my traps and science stuff

also a good solution for this is not to let stuff that gets lit on fire be destroyed in the first place. you just need to strategically place fire extinguishers nearby in the hallways, and have plenty of technician minions to keep up maintenance on your objects. the minions, tech minions, etc will grab a fire extinguisher and put out the fires.

The thing that people are complaining about is that they need to select it for every item. It is not on by default. The rebuild option was only a recent update and not there when the game was released.

It isn't about extinguisher placement and total tech minions. Saboteurs can easily destroy a room and not even give you a chance to put out the flames. The other is that you can't put out flames and repair items when you are in combat. So the items burn until you kill the enemy. They may have taken too much damage during the fight to get to and save in time.

So much this on both counts, my walls are lined with extinguishers, and they dont use them in combat, and then on top of that if we look at a lab (20+ items) or powerplant (um alot) or coms room (alot) or workshop (20+ items), and then there is like ever trap and so on, it gets quite nuts for each new room haveing to make sure they set on the rebuild per item.

Also if it was a matter of haveing enough techs is 100 not enough?

It really depends on how you build your lair. If you don't overkill on items and manage your item temp correctly, It sounds like you may be overkill on items. I have said it in other post but I get away with 25 technicians. I think that I saw the new engineering class make repairs too.

Bumping this because while I like the addition of the auto-rebuild (esp with Ivan, Incindio AND Pyro) it needs to be on by default.

On the end of the tunnel that goes back and fourth to get to my casino I used a similar layout of railings to delay agents even further, setting those to auto rebuild individually was very tedious.

+1 on auto-rebuild (or at least mark a blueprint where objects been destroyed so we can either replace it or scrap it)
