Some rooms like the upgraded communication systems are also near impossible to keep cool if you have them build in the way.. they were designed to be built....and moving air conditioners 1 square results in "melting" or "cold." This system is absolutely terrible.
Does this mechanic also exist in base campaign or hopefuly only in the new dlc one?
All islands / base campaign have this new mechanic. Ive read enough posts about how annoying it is, to be sure it will be balanced in a patch, as it sounds ridiculously unfun.
So what I wanted to find out has been answered: I better keep holding on to play, as this patch and dlc seem amazing, but also introduced a yet to be balanced mechanic.
So we can get some balancing asap. We will see, we will see
Well you only really need 1-2 floors to efficently have use of the maximum minion cap, so at least there is a purpose for the other floors with having to have a large vault and power room.
They deteriorate faster if they are too hot or cold. The 3 middle tiers (warm, normal, chilly) deteriorate slower.
