So best way keep the walk distance short or build a ton of it, you can erase them if it gets normal again
other way you can build a fire trap there what has to be triggered, but it will burn the bodybags away
That means my row of seven incinerators means a max of 14 bodies can be picked up (and away from the eyes of agents).
So try a few huge incinerator rooms if "sprinkle one incinerator every 50 feet" isn't working.
See, thing is, they only pick up the EXACT amount of bodies to match the amount of incinerators. Thus, if you have 5 incinerators, they will pick up 5 bodies and only pick up more once those are dispose of. This is probably due to how the minion tasks are cued (i.e. can't do ANYTHING until the whole task line is clear: Pick body->go burn it->finish burning).
Another thing you can do is execute a minion in front of a bunch of them. This stops their morale from dropping for a short while, but it should be enough time to clear some bags, then repeat. 2-3 executions of workers should be enough even for a large pile of bags if you aren't running only 2 incinerators. Also, just place 5-6 incinerators right next to where fighting is usually done and this will speed up the cleaning.
I was about to suggest this interesting method involving hungry pigs I recall reading somewhere about, but then I noticed your clarification. Sigh.
