Each Doomsday Device?

What does each Doomsday device do as an after effect of firing it,

I know Max's turns some of your minions to gold.
Ivan's sets your base on fire. I can't figure out what Emma's does, I see the minions with skulls above their heads but all it says is affected by doomsday device, but what and how?
I haven't played Zalika yet, I have no idea what hers even does.

Some of Emmas minions get affected by VENOM and become hostile.

Zalinkas turns some minions into VOID worshippers, who are effectively useless for you and need to be executed-

Max's makes few thousand bucks for you, 1k for each minion statue, Ivan sets base on fire, Emma makes some minions hostile, Zalika's makes some minions braindead, so basically it;s" Cash, property damage and 2x useless.

Do beware people claiming weapons are "useless" because they only know about the consequences.

The con of the weapons are golden statues, fires, void worshipers, or gas infected minions.

The pros are 3 part; heat reduction, super-agent removal, and the third which is a mission that spawns after the weapon impacts. The mission is genius specific; zalika's will give instant completion for any tech being researched, Max's is more money, Ivan's is recruiting muscle type minions, and Emma's reduces heat OUTSIDE the targeted region (The targeted region's heat is still reduced with impact, other regions are reduced with the mission completion).

This is one part of the game that was obviously never even considered for balancing. Max's doomsday weapon has virtually no consequence (you can buy more minions with the gold ones you sell). The other geniuses get nothing for their trouble.

They may think it's "balanced" because of the rewards from firing the weapon...which I disagree with.
