Does anyone know if the passive income still "come" as well during a schedule?
For instance, if I'm doing a scheme about reduce heat, I'm still making passive money?
Or is just while there's nothing going on in a district?

You make passive income as long as the district isn't in "rockdown" and you have no money schemes running from what I've observed.

You definitely get passive income while doing heat reduction schemes.

Lockdown is the only thing that halts passive income. Running schemes has no effect on passive income.


A fun fact: Losing power or lacking broadcast strength due to low number of/obliterated room of radio repeaters does not stop your passive income. Nor does it stop networks from going into lockdown, nor from leaving lockdown.
