Atomic Olga Chicken?

I’m 9 hours into a new campaign & she hasn’t shown up yet! I’ve got all HAMMER regions open and free and lots of heat and nothing! Any suggestions as to how I can get her to appear? Never had this issue before, this is my 4th campaign.

I can't guarantee that this works, but what i did to make her appear:

• make sure all regions are highest possible level to collect maximum heat
  
• Reduce all heat of the other fractions so H.A.M.M.E.R is the highest, so you get their agents to your lair
  
• Fail really hard with the cover up, like build some incinerators right at the entrance or similar to basically instantly collect suspicion and let investigators leave
  
• Do the scemes that produce lot of heat and push your H.A.M.M.E.R regions into Lockdown

At some point she showed up to me, but i can't guarantee you that these steps work or which step it was exactly...
i also had struggled to make her appear in my current game

Try advancing the main story maybe. If you spend alot of time paused, I think the game still counts that as play time on the file.

Olga can be summoned from the first story quest. To summon it, you need to complete many (very many) quests on the map. Almost all super agents appeared on my map, after which I saw Olga.

I'm not sure, but I don't think it's down to heat generated. I think it's more based on schemes run/completed in those regions. I got her and Agent X to appear fast early on, mostly by spamming cooldown schemes as much as possible. (With a bunch of intel generation to speed it up)

I think that all Super Agents have a certain amount of area missions you must do to get them to appear. Just spam mission in HAMMER zones for a bit, she will pop up. For me she usually pops up rather fast once I upgrade all HAMMER zones to 2 and run 3-5 quick schemes,

Thanks, I have let the regions go on lockdown but I’ll give failing cover op a try.

I’m trying to get her to appear before I advance so I can get the sword & the stone side story.

Yeah, I’ve been running schemes and then letting the region lockdown. In my other campaigns she always showed up unwanted 😂 but this time she won’t!

10 hrs in & she finally decided to show her face. I just kept running schemes.
