What did you do to the camera rotation
I dont know about anyone else but the middle mouse rotation feels so bad, Its so sensitive i hate it.
I want the camera to move when i hold the button and stop when i release, But its like it floats.
I didnt see an option to adjust this, If im wrong someone tell me, If not Add it in please.

I fully agree. There are lots of unnecessary gameplay options but THIS didn't made it into the game. Also there is no grahpics option to turn off this strange blur on the edge of the screen.
There is an option to lower the rotation sensitivity. It's under "accessibility options". However, doesn't entirely fix the floaty feeling....

Ya, I found that, but speed isnt really the issue, It kinda is.
But its more the camera feels like its on ice, Top down rts games like this usually have a very stiff camera and thats whats messing me up.

I dont know why youtubers that got EA keys didnt say anything about this, I dont even understand why someone thought this was a good idea.

Go to option, first menu, 'clic and drag to rotate camera', should have been the default tbh

That just makes it slow

sadly this does not fix the camera acceleration

I just want to be able to remap it to RMB instead of clicking the bloody scroll wheel. I mean, i can just press B for opening the build menu instead of RMB (which you can disable).

At least let us re-bind the mouse-wheel command to another key.

The reason it feels so bad, its because of the delay, it needs to be more snappy.

After pressing the middle mouse button, don't release it until you've returned to a neutral position. Then when you let go, it won't continue to rotate. If you need the camera to be set at such a finite degree/angle, why? It continuing to flow an extra degree doesn't really affect anything.

if you select my option, crank the speed to the max and you should have a decent snappy camera

Good for you that you it doesn't affect you. But for some of us it's annoying. Thanks for your input.

30 seconds into the game and I got a bit frustrated by the camera rotation. It's way too sensitive and yet has a slight latency. The deadzone for the speed of the rotation is a far too small area of the screen.

For now using Q and E to rotate feels much better, although those keys also cycle items when building so if you want to do that you need to go into your controls and change "Tab Left" and "Tab Right" to something other than Q and E.

I can't rotate the camera on keyboard when I have the "place object down" window open. I also can't change rotate camera on mouse from the scroll wheel button and that gives me bad RSI.

Another vote for the ability to "rebind middle button" to Right mouse button.
Or _anything_ or switch off the foul seasickness inducing camera rotate alltogether.

I'm >< this close to refunding the game after 30 seconds of play just on this one problem,
