Can't call a board meeting?

I'm stuck on Max's quest. I kidnapped all the board members and dug up dirt on Krast. The only objective says "hold a board meeting at your conference table". I click the table and select board meeting mode. The 5 board members sit there but nothing happens. I can't move Max onto the table. He keeps saying "impossible". Am I missing something or is this quest bugged?

Happend to me as well. I simply "destroyed" the table and added a new one.

Then it worked for me at least.

I tried that and it didn't work. I did manage to turn the power on and off a few times. This forced the board members to get off the table. Eventually Max took his damn seat.

edit: destroying table, waiting, then rebuilding, putting max on the table and then starting it fixed it.

Same thing had to turn off the power move the table turn the power back on and eventually after multiple tries max took his seat.

Bugs'r'us who paid full price... just stuck on the same issue. Guess ill just wait for a sale the next time as by then the experience will be far more enjoyable too.

Pay less for more fun due to patched bugs = Win for me!

At times like this it makes me miss the days of gaming before the internet. Back then they actually had to make sure the game worked before release because there was no way to patch it.

click on the table and click the new icon, dont send your boss to it. its special for that types of missions. just send max next to it, don´t have him sit on his throne he is to lazy to get up then

turned it on and off a few times and it fixed the bug for me

Agreed and it was even better in the cartridge days as those couldn't been patched at all so Q&A was really important. Today you cant patch anything, heck even my toothbrush had a firmware update lol

Happened to me as well.
I just moved the table 1 tile and then it worked.
