All 10 Henchmen, Questions

Hi guys, I currently have 3 Henchmen, I am using Max as my EG. I started out with Jubei, then recruited Eli and just recently Incendio.

What are the other remaining 7 Henchmen, does anyone know and can guide newbies to the game?

I like Incendio as he has a very powerful ranged attack, good when Minions mob the enemy with Jubei and Eli, although he knocks down friendlies as well but does good damage and the attack is fast.

I need help deciding my 4th and 5th Henchmen.

Also is there some sort of Random order for Crime Lords Missions, or are the stronger Crime Lords Missions showing up as you progress in the Campaign?

I don't know all of them but off the top of my head

IRIS has very low damage, but can fight both at range and in melee. Her abilities allow her to work as a mobile camera to call in your muscle minions to help, and activate a forcefield that gives her a lot of armor and makes her health regen, at the cost of not being able to attack (not that she does a lot of damage as said), which makes her good at tanking for someone like Jubei who does a ton of damage but can't take it very well.


Magnolia Ming is.. I'm not too sure about her. She's not really outstanding in combat personally, and her abilities are to spread clouds of gas, which either restore health, or drain it, depending on which gas you use. Problem is, both affect enemies and allies alike, so you could end up healing agents, or damaging your own troops.

Sir Daniel is basically a ranged Jubei with opposite skills. Where Jubei excels in rushing in and beating faces, Sir Daniel can camouflage himself, moving slowly but being invisible to agents and gaining a damage bonus on his first shot for unstealthing, and setting bear traps. If you just want a henchman who can kill dudes, you can't really go wrong with Sir Daniel.

The only one other I know of, except Jubei and Barracuda who you already have (though I didn't use her myself) is Fugu Furukawa. I don't know how she does in a fight as such, but her skills are useful from what I hear. Being able to poison agents without setting them off into fighting mode, as well as throw clouds of poison that'll help against serious fighters like Olga kicking down your door with her soldier squad. If you recruit her she also gives you some extra missions on the world map for making easy and quick gold, or reducing heat.

Make sure you have fire extinguishers in your casino if you go after incendio! Some henchman will join base as guests. I was trying to do them all and the game deleted all my side quests

I have 2 more
Craford (unlocked thourgh a Patroit loo), Deseption henchman. He can make a fake loot item and can make a trap(found it both usless but i got him late in the game with a completet lair)

Clara Johnes (a tomb raider) She can buff traps and lower agents resolve and suspicion

10. Full Metal Jackie (When does Her Side Mission Appear?)
11. Janet Bombe (Is She "The Fan" Side Mission, then Her Side Mission is "Technical Difficulties"?)

That is 11 Henchmen? Someone please clarify?

Fugu Furukawa is an alright fighter, her abilities poison either single target or group. The group attack is really good at taking out the group of agents that normally come with super agents.
She gives loads of world stage schemes though. Dump bodies to reduce heat for free. As well as franchising which is easy money for low tier minions.

Also if you get a henchmen you don't like you can always just kill them. So if you're willing to put the time in you can try out every single one.

Okay, but I still cannot get Craford & Magnolia Ming Side Missions, does this mean they are very powerful? I can get everyone else's Side Missions currently after Completing Max's MIDAS Touch Main Mission.

FYI: at least couple of henchmen required several 'main quest stages' to pass before they were allowed to be recruited, looked like a bug but wasn't. If they are running in your lair saying "this warlord has temporarily allied themselves with you but not working for you yet" then it's that, just move further into main quest

There are apparently issues with Full Metal Jackie. First, she's an arms dealer that supplies some other potential henchmen so if you recruit Jubei, Eli, or Magnolia (possibly others, not sure) before her you will not be able to do so. I've also read that the end of her recruitment mission is bugged so you can't actually get her under most circumstances. Hopefully they fix the bug and tinker that first part, I don't think you should be locked out of a henchman just because you picked them in the wrong order.

Everyone else fine except Janet Bombe. She probably the lowest tier of all of them and need something change to make her reliable

She is only useful against Saboteur, her first skill doesn't trigger combat but can deal 100 or more damage to a Saboteur. She is only useful to some certain Super agents in the game.

Definitely she quite underpowered, totally wish she gave some scheme that lowers the heat of the world map. Her 2nd ability should be AOE and lower agent skill stat.

Dr Ming is amazing. Anytime soldiers are coming I just send her to the entrance. Get right in the thick of them and poison them. Most of the time she kills the entire group of soldiers solo with just one use of gas.

Want an OP broken Combo? Jubei and Dr Ming she has a healing cloud that allow Jubei to Solo a super agent and t heir 4 agents they bring xD

The only reason to use Janet Bombe is to neuter Atomic Olga's machine gun the moment she gets into your base, or to remove evidence from Agent X before you kill him off and send him back to PATRIOT.

But she fails to be useful outside that, unlike Fugu who gives you 120K schemes AND FREE HEAT REDUCTION MISSIONS
