I have Rust - Staging Branch but not Rust.

In my library I only have Rust - Staging Branch. I had the original game but now it's gone. Even when I try to play Rust - Staging Branch it doesn't work. It tells me I don't have steam open. How can I get the original Rust back??

I figured it out. I got it through family sharing, but Rust is disabled on family share.
