Game Wont Start
Just got this game some hours ago with the free keys thing. The game will not start. I've tried several times, I've reinstalled it once. I click play, the screen goes black, then return to steam. Or it goes to the loading screen with the dud and other characters and some bird, then it goes back to steam. The farthest I've gotten was the main menu, it appeared for about half a second, happiest half-second of my time with this game, then return to steam.

Anyone else got this?

I don't know how to solve the problem, but I'm guessing it will be solved in the upcoming update. Plus it's not really worth playing until the updated visuals, coz its pretty ♥♥♥♥♥ at the moment

This may not be the same issue since it sounds like it's behaving a bit differently for some of you. But crash-on-joining-a-game errors have been resolved for some people by launching the game in windowed mode. Add "-sw" on your launch options for the game. You can access launch options by right clicking the game in the library and going to Properties.

didn't help. still when I hit Play from library, the pop up showing the game is about to launch comes, but then goes away and game never launches.

Mine just gets stuck on the loading screen forever. I have to restart my computer to get out of it

Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete. Then open Task Manager, you'll be able to close it from there. Unless it's one of those ♥♥♥♥♥ programs that like to hide all programs including Task Manager as soon as it opens.

Is there a reson why people make their programs such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

I don't know lol. I've gotten a new computer but haven't tried to download the game.
