Tomb Raider: Legend

Tomb Raider: Legend

I just wanted to play with a controller...
I am trying to play TR: Legend with a third party PS controller, but there is something very weird here. The controls are all messed up, circle jumps, triangle activates binoculars, left trigger shoots etc. I can move fine, but there is no button for camera and interaction (E on PC).

I have tried both Steam big picture and in-game setting, and nothing changed. I tried to use x360ce as well, still nothing.

When I first played the game with an X360 controller, the controls were all messed up for me too. It may have something to do with Steam's "controller configuration" interfering with the game, as discussed here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/7000/discussions/0/135508398031710153/

Either disable all controller support in Steam Settings, or use the "configurator" (Controller Configuration link on the game's library page) to set all buttons to default.
After I did that, the controller worked perfectly in the game.

That kinda worked for me. I disabled Steam and the game recognized the generic controller. I wish I could use x360ce, though, because I had to configure. I tried to rename the dll and still nothing. I had to configure the buttons and couldn't configure the camera.
