Texture/graphics Issues!

has anybody had terrible textures when downloading the steam version of legend and anniversary and I haven't even launched underworld but I assume the worst, I've looked online and nobody has ever reported the problem that I am currently having, does anybody know of a fix for it, it looks like Lara's skin textures is very rough,

the best i can describe it is it looks like sand paper on her skin and its even more noticeable with max resolution.

if anybody knows how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated i really love this series of games and i cant play it with these issues

maybe try toggling the next-gen option of and off.

i tried both graphics options its pretty ugly,is there a way to post screenshots?

I'm not sure if steam overlay works for this game, you can use stuff like FRAPS

Eh, doesnt matter much. If toggling any of the options doesnt work, you can check file integrity, change gpu drivers and that's about it.

idk im now testing underworld amd i dont see the issue if not as bad,underworld and anniversary are almost the same game that used the same exact engine.

its got to be graphics filtering cause the games textures are extreamly grainy, even on cutscenes ,also something to note her textures on her arms are cut off to the point where you can see where the textures are supposed to meet and its so ugly.

but i dont understand why when i take screenshots on my pc it shows that game asif theres nothing wrong,

i took pictures but i dont know where to upload them at..

Well first, you didnt need to upload that many XD
Second, are your gpu drivers updated?
Third got your gpu control panel and see if you have a profile created specifically for the game, or if you have some global setting that could be overriding the stuff in the game.

OMG you Are The Man! when i got my pc i did some research on my graphics card and what it offered and due to all the research i saw that NVIDIA offered #d graphics settings to make games look better so i tweeked the settings and assumed that it made games better and im sure it works on most games (which it has) but the tomb raider series it didnt like my prefered tweeks,

HERES THE FIX FOR THE TEXTURE ISSUES

1:Go to your NVIDIA CONTROL Panel.
2:Click mManage 3D Settings.
3:Click default.
4:Save and exit.
