Crash on "England: King Arthur's Tomb?" *Kinda Fixed it*

When I go to slide down the slope after beating the water serpent boss fight

I go to continue up back to the main entrance, only that when I slide down the slope necessary to continue forward my game crashes to desktop with the error message "A fatal error has occured, please read the readme" I did that and there was no useful info, thanks in advance

*Update* I managed to fix it by reloading a save from about 20 minutes prior, this worked. Hopefully this can help someone else later
