Any advice on converting Fable 2 iso to files, or any other ways of resolving the missing character texture?

Just recently got a iso file of Fable 2 from my old 360 disc, and loaded it in Xenia. The thing is, to fix the missing character files, I need to go into the files (which I can't do, because of the ISO file type). Do you guys have any idea how to fix this, whether converting it from iso, to regular files, or just a guide with Xenia Carnary on fixing it? Any help is appreciated
