How long main campaign is supposed to last?

Here I am, obviously playing on max difficulty(not on Iron Man tho).
Played time 25h+ almost 1500 days in game passed.

Been farming 4-5 skull missions/quests/contracts from like lvl ~12 or so my 5ppl party is lvl 24+ right now.
Honestly this was repeatable/boring to the point that I was thinking to uninstall several times in the process.

Unexpectedly met "mysterious figure" who wanted me to kill one of my main party members <<== not like this/save scummed, she choose different sacrifice 2nd time(thx god).
Just assisted the local king in schooling his traitorous son by sending him to the afterlife.
Vahn said "Yo wuzz up? Till the next time homie" : God I hate this guy, waiting time for him to show up feels like eternity. Basically thats where I am - I hope someone answers topic question.

Several Bugs Found :

After acquiring "True Arc Shield"(item is bad btw - it needs changes/rework/buff - I dunno, using it basically means that character is 99% going to die) you can repair 24/7 and it will always ask you 400gold even if nothing is broken.

Maxed out Guardian's Shield most of the time doesn't shield a main target which you casted spell on(still shields everyone standing near Guardian at the moment skill was used) even if the target stands still well within cast range.

Human Bannerman enemies can stuck in a loop of non stop buffing/inspiring each other if 3 or more are present. This is somewhat fun to watch but obviously this is not how it was intented for them to behave.

I am sad to see the game has to drag so much years.
And I only around 1200 days for now.
I only just aware 1 year = 120 days.
My 12 man party currently around lv 16-17.

Did you already do the big fight quest and kill the prince ?

It should be about 25 hours if you're at a high enough level (which you are). We'll be putting a patch out tomorrow which will address the downtime/waiting between phases so it's more consistent (it's not meant to be very long, but sometimes you can get unlucky with the events firing off)

Yes. Tho I was using a single team for the entire game with a few low lvl characters being perma benched as honestly there wasn't any reason of lvling 2 teams at the same time from my perspective(splitting exp feels meh tbh)... Which I suddenly found out that I actually need to have on the exact same quest you mentioned lol(25hours later btw).

So basically I sent 4 members onto Team 1(king protectors) and Euric went with benched characters to Team2(assasins) die(at least I though that he would) and indeed benched characters did die, but not Euric because Vahn showed up in time to save him.

Thats were I am right now basically.

I killed Torin in 1257 game days, which is less than 11 years (did not touch Vanguard Keep). I have 1 point in Horse Training and used XP incense after every first battles in dungeons. Normal difficulty though with only 1 early death. Only 10 team members (2 guardians and 2 huntresses) since that's the most you'll ever need once, the final battle being 7 members.

My final battle party levels were 19x2, 18x1, 17x4 at start, and 20x2, 18x4, 17x1 at end.

My save is 44 hrs 34 mins. I admit I looked at the ability screens too much.
